Here are the questions we receive the most often about the Greyscalegorilla Library. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact our Support Team (info@kitbash.com).

What are the Terms of Use for the Greyscalegorilla Library?

Learn more about our Licensing and Terms of Use.

Is commercial use included?

Yes, every plan includes a full commercial license. Films, games, VR/AR, client work, advertising, social media — whatever you're making. No additional fees or per-project licensing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll keep full access to the library through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

What if this isn't the right fit?

If you decide the Greyscalegorilla Library isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within seven days of your purchase. After that, standard cancellation terms apply. See details →

Do I keep my work if I cancel?

Yes — any work you've already incorporated into a project is yours to keep, use, render, and distribute. After your subscription ends, you won't be able to use the assets in new projects.

What's the difference between the Greyscalegorilla Library, the KitBash3D Library and the Everything Bundle?

The Greyscalegorilla Library gives you access to 3,500+ scanned and procedural materials, 1,000+ models, 650+ HDRIs, and 500+ textures. The KitBash3D Library gives you access to 20,000+ textured models, 2,000+ game-ready assets, 300+ hero props and vehicles, and 200+ Substance Source materials. The Everything Bundle includes both — every asset from both libraries in one plan, at a lower price than subscribing to each separately.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll pay a prorated price for the remainder of your billing cycle on the new plan. Please contact support for details (info@kitbash.com).

Can I buy individual plans for my team or studio?

If you need multiple seats, our Everything Bundle for Teams includes everything in the Bundle plus floating per-seat licensing, centralized team management, consolidated billing, and a dedicated account manager — starting at $99/user/month, billed annually.

What software and formats are supported?

Cargo works with Blender, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, and Houdini — on both Mac and Windows (3ds Max is Windows only). Browse assets and send them directly into your project with one click.
