Help with subscription changes, billing and refunds

Greyscalegorilla has moved to a new delivery system via Cargo 3.0.

How to Deactivate Auto Renew / Cancel Your Plus Subscription

If you do not want to be charged for a renewal order, turn off the toggle switch under the Auto-Renew section of the subscription section of your account settings. You should receive an email confirmation indicating that you will have access to your subscription until the subscription end date.

If you accidentally switched the toggle to turn off Auto-Renew, don't worry! You can simply turn the toggle back to Auto-Renew, and it will go back to being a recurring Subscription.

Can I Renew Early?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow for early renewal. If you add your card information, your subscription will be charged automatically on the renewal date listed in the Subscription section of your account.

How To Update Your Billing Details and Credit Card

To update your card, go to the bottom right portion of the Billing page and click 'Update Card.' All active subscriptions must have a credit card on file.

How to Update Your Billing Address

1. Go to the Billing section of your Account Settings

  1. Select Edit under Billing Information

  2. Add your Billing address

  3. Click Submit

How to Get a Receipt of Purchase/Invoice

You will find all invoices under Billing History.

If you purchased your subscription after June 10, 2025, you will find your invoices in your Billing History.

All purchases made before this date will need to be requested through support@greyscalegorilla.com

How To Add VAT Or Make Changes To My Invoice?

Can I Use Two Discounts When Buying A Subscription?

Our system is built to apply only one promotion at a time. If you enter two promo codes, it will automatically apply the code with the largest discount.

Do You Offer an Educational Discount?

Current students, teachers, faculty, and staff are eligible for 50% off of their Annual Subscription of Greyscalegorilla Plus. This discount does not apply to Monthly Subscriptions.

What is the refund policy for subscriptions purchased after April 6?

General Policy

As a general rule, KitBash does not provide refunds. All fees are non-refundable except for specific circumstances outlined below.

Subscription Refunds

If you have purchased a new Subscription (Individual), and are not satisfied, you can request a refund only under the following conditions.

  • The 7-Day Window: You must provide a written notice of a refund request within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date.

  • Asset Download Limit: Refunds are only eligible for accounts that have downloaded or imported 10 or fewer assets during the current billing period

  • Annual Limit: Users are only eligible for one (1) refund per calendar year.

  • Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable period of time.

Refunds for Renewal Charges

If your subscription has automatically renewed, you may request a refund within three (3) days of the renewal date. This is provided that no assets have been downloaded, imported, or obtained during the new term.

A refund will not be issued if you reach out to us more than three (3) days after the renewal date.

The relevant section of the End User License Agreement (EULA) is 6.2.5

6.2.5. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to KitBash3D requesting that your User Account be deactivated. KitBash3D will deactivate your User Account within a reasonable period of time following KitBash3D’s receipt of your request, and upon such deactivation, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated accordingly. If you purchased a Subscription but you thereafter provide written notice of deactivation and refund request to KitBash3D within three (3) days of the date on which you purchased your Subscription, KitBash3D will refund to you the Fees you paid for your Subscription. Any refund which KitBash3D is obligated to provide pursuant to this Section 6.2.5 will be processed within a reasonable period of time. Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 6.2.5, Fees paid by you to KitBash3D are non-refundable, and refunds, if any, will be provided if at all in KitBash3D’s sole and absolute discretion

KitBash3D reserves the right to grant refunds, taking into account the volume of asset downloads from the platform subsequent to the purchase or renewal.

What Is Your Refund Policy for previously purchased Plus subscriptions?

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied or are having compatibility issues, simply contact support for a full refund within 30 days of your original order (Annual Subscriptions only). Renewal Orders are not eligible for a refund.

Did you forget to turn off your Auto Renew? Here's how you can cancel your Subscription and avoid another payment:

  1. Log in to your Account

  2. Select "Subscription" from the left menu

  3. Scroll down to the Auto Renew section, and turn off the toggle for Auto Renew

  4. You will have access to your subscription until the subscription end date. Your subscription will NOT automatically renew after your end date

  5. Email support@greyscalegorilla.com if you are having trouble with the process.
