Where to Find Your Customer Account Dashboard
When you are logged in to the Greyscalegorilla website, you will automatically be sent to your Customer Dashboard. If not, just click on the profile icon at the top right of any page, and select the "My Dashboard" option.
How to Change Your Name
In the Account Details tab of the Customer Portal, you can change both your name and your display name. Your display name is the one that will be used on your account and it will default to being your first and last name.
How to Change Your Primary 3D Application Preferences
You can also update your Primary 3D Application preference here, to ensure that you are receiving emails from us about your preferred 3D application. Please select the "Save Changes" button after making any changes.
How to Update Your Email Address
To update your email address, find it just below the Name and 3D Application section. You will need to enter your password in order to update the email on your account.

Scroll down to the last section of the Account Details tab, as seen below.

Why Can't I Find My Customer Account?
If you are unable to find your account, there may be two reasons as to why:
Your account is associated with the email you used to purchase, so check if your account is under an old, former email address. Once you find which email address is linked to the account, log in and update the email address.
If you never received a receipt email or welcome email, you may have typed your email address incorrectly in the email field when purchasing. Contact our Customer Support Team and we'll search for your account. Please provide the date of purchase, general time, order number if you happen to have it, last name, or any other possible info that is linked to your account when you ordered so we can help locate the account.
If you are still having problems accessing your account, please contact our Customer Support Team by using the chat widget located at the bottom of this page or email support@greyscalegorilla.com.
Can I Merge Multiple Accounts Together?
Absolutely! Please contact our Customer Support Team with both accounts' email addresses, and specify which email address you would prefer to be your current email address. Once that information is provided, our team will be able to merge your accounts into one.

You can access all downloads included in your Plus subscription from the Customer Dashboard. This includes Studio, Cinema 4D HUB and free downloads.

Enter your email address when prompted, and you will receive an email confirmation
When you receive the email (check spam if you haven't received it), click 'update preferences' and you will be able to update your email settings.
Why Is My Subscription Order Not Showing In My Account?
If you never received an order receipt email or welcome email (did you check your SPAM folder?), you may have typed your email address incorrectly in the email field when purchasing. Please contact our Customer Support to check for your order, and please provide the date of purchase, general time, order number, last name, or any other possible info that is linked to your account when you ordered so we can locate the order.
